This stunning 4,686.4 square foot residence in Malappuram seamlessly blends classic Keralite charm with colonial elegance. The home features a captivating colonial elevation, complete with a bonnet roof – a fusion of functional protection and timeless beauty. The sloping roof adds vernacular character and combination of designs and landscaping creates a pleasant atmosphere.

Stepping inside, you will be greeted by an industrial staircase with a sleek glass handrail, adding a touch of modern minimalism. A rooftop pargola and large windows bathe the living area in natural light, blending seamlessly with the surrounding environment. This thoughtful design fosters a connection with nature and creates a truly inviting space. The color palette reflects a blend of subtle hues, allowing the carefully curated furnishings to take center stage.
