The design and architecture played an important role in the creation of this residential project. The main objective was to create a peaceful, serene environment for the residents. The challenge we faced was in bringing forth a design that had simple interior as per the client’s wishes; yet the team worked through in adding the best design, one which complimented the contemporary elements!
With the location spread out on a vast 6000sqft and located at Cheruvanchery, this beautiful residence features a contemporary elevation with slope and flat combined roof!
The residence is a mix of modern and traditional elements, bringing in a contemporary look. It has been designed to give it a modern look with the use of CNC grill design in living room that adds as a main attraction to the interior. The double wooden staircase is laid with led strip and 6×4 satin matte Italian joint free marble are used as the flooring material.
This elegant double staircase with CNC pattern handrail is an attraction of this project. The roof has a slope and flat combined, with a height of 7 meters open courtyard, which adds to its spaciousness.
It has been designed to be as efficient as possible, with a focus on natural light and ventilation for all spaces. With the house being located on high altitude land, it gives it an extra-large feel with pleasant views from inside and out!
The furniture and architecture of the interiors have a unique twist that makes them look like works of art. They truly make the home feel finished and they are a decoration in and of themselves.
As for the colour charade, the colour theme was inspired by the Arabian Desert sands and its ecosystem, so it brings in the feel of an oasis of calm and serenity!
